Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Filzapp, we strive to deliver transparent and fair service to all our users.

  • Users may request cancellation within 30–60 minutes of payment if the service has not yet started.
  • Once the legal or documentation service is initiated, the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • If the service has not started, a full refund will be issued after verification.
  • Refund processing time is 24 to 72 hours after approval.
